The apartment with its 70 m² offers enough space for 2-6 people.

- Double room with safe and west-facing balcony

Important information for your stay
Price conditions:
The prices are per day with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
For each additional person in the apartment we charge € 10-15 per day.
For a stay of less than 5 days we charge a single supplement of € 40.
The price includes electricity and heating costs, WiFi, as well as bed linen, towels, table linen and dish towels.
Reduction for children:
Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge at Ritzhof.
We will gladly provide you with a cot. We charge a single supplement of € 25. Further infant equipment (baby bathtub, highchair…) free of charge by request.
Local tax:
The local tax is € 2.50 per guest and night. Children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt from the tax.
Terms of payment:
The booking of the apartment is confirmed as soon as the deposit of € 100 is made.
The outstanding sum can be paid in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash.
Cancellation conditions:
In the event that something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your journey, the following conditions apply:
– Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
– From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we keep your booking deposit.
– Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
– In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booking price will be charged.
In order to save costs and to protect yourself, we recommend our Red Rooster Cancellation Protection. Take out your holiday insurance yourself here!
Animals:
Your pet is also very welcome at our farm. We charge a small extra fee of € 5 per day (without food). Please bring the blanket or basket of your pet with you.
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be made available by 9:30 on the day of departure.
Guest card – Guest pass:
You will receive the Südtirol Guest Pass Slow Dolomites Card free of charge which offers a variety of benefits and discounts.
